No. Arogom Insurance is contingency-only — there's no retainer and no upfront cost. You only pay a fee if you hire someone we source.
What happens if a search doesn't result in a hire?
You don't owe us anything. Our fee is due only when you make a hire from candidates we deliver.

Commercial Lines Producer, Personal Lines Producer, Account Manager, CSR, Life & Health Producer, and Agency Principal roles for independent insurance agencies.
